About Module Monsoon Revenue Model for HotelMinder Advisory

The Monsoon Revenue Model is a revenue-advisory add-on that ingests booking curves from your HotelMinder workspace via the official API and layers a weather-aware demand model on top of them. It integrates alongside HotelMinder without replacing its native revenue tools — it publishes advisory prices to a separate tab that your revenue manager reviews before pushing. The model recognises the four Thai seasonal patterns (Andaman high season Nov–Apr, Gulf shoulder May–Aug, monsoon Sep–Oct, and the Songkran / long-weekend peaks) and produces separate ADR ladders per season. Length-of-stay optimisation is calibrated on 24 months of Thai booking data and adjusts minimum-stay restrictions per pattern. Compensation for typhoon-driven cancellations is modelled explicitly using a rolling 5-year historical baseline. The advisory pack ships weekly and includes a written commentary from a Bangkok-based revenue analyst.
