A Bangkok house of advisory craft
ThaiHotelMinder Co., Ltd. is an independent advisory boutique founded in Bangkok in 2023. We publish curated modules, integrations and report packs for hotels operating on the HotelMinder ecosystem across Thailand.
The premise
HotelMinder is a superb workspace for Thai hoteliers, but it is a horizontal product designed for a global market. Thailand has its own rhythms: the Andaman high season is not the Gulf shoulder, Songkran does not behave like Chinese New Year, the wholesaler leaks on Trip.com behave differently than on Booking.com. Our modules add the local reading that a global workspace cannot always provide.
What we do
We publish ten modules — five advisory ones and five report packs — that read live data from your HotelMinder workspace via the official API. Every module has been written for a Thai hotel context: PDPA compliance, Bangkok Bank settlement, bilingual review response, monsoon-aware revenue modelling.
What we do not do
We do not replace HotelMinder. We do not build a competing PMS or channel manager. We do not resell HotelMinder — you keep your existing HotelMinder subscription and workspace as-is. Every ThaiHotelMinder module works alongside HotelMinder, not on top of or instead of it.
The team
Twelve people, based in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket. Backgrounds in revenue management (Anantara, Centara, Minor Hotels), distribution (Onyx, Dusit, Marriott Bangkok), and data engineering (SET-listed hospitality groups). Every analyst has spent at least three years working on-property in Thailand before joining us.
