All prices are quoted, invoiced and settled in Thai Baht (฿ / THB). Modules range from ฿990/month for the Daily Operations Brief to ฿6,900/month for the Thai Holiday & Event Calendar enterprise pack.

All personal guest data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Data is stored in Thailand-resident infrastructure (Bangkok data centre + Chiang Mai backup). Our data-protection officer is registered with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) and reachable at dpo@thaihotelminder.org.

Our analyst team is based in Bangkok with contributors in Chiang Mai, Phuket and Koh Samui. Every advisory pack is edited by a bilingual (Thai/English) hospitality analyst before delivery.

Every new module is charged from the second calendar month after your workspace connects successfully to HotelMinder. The first month is fully live — you receive real advisory packs from day one — and it is included in the pricing rather than offered separately.

Yes. Modules are billed monthly with no annual commitment. Cancel from your workspace Settings → Billing at any time; the module runs until the end of the current billing cycle and no further invoices are issued.

Yes. We serve properties across Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Krabi, Koh Samui, Pattaya and Hua Hin. Our calendar and event data covers 200 Thai holidays and festivals nationwide.

By email to the recipients you nominate in your workspace, and archived inside your workspace's Report Room. Formats include PDF, PPTX and CSV depending on the module. Retention is 24 months by default (extendable to 60 months).

Yes. We offer a paid on-site or remote implementation package (฿34,900 one-time) for hotels that want a Bangkok analyst to walk them through the first three advisory cycles. Contact sales@thaihotelminder.org.

English by default. Thai-language commentary is available for every module at no extra cost — request it in your workspace Settings → Report language. Some report packs (Daily Operations Brief, Review Response) are bilingual by design.

By default no — modules are read-only. Optional write-back is available for the Channel Tuning and Monsoon Revenue Model modules under an explicit approval workflow where every write requires an in-workspace signature from your revenue manager.
